The Software Engineering Manager leads internal software, data, and AI initiatives, mentoring a small, high impact team while turning business needs into scalable, production ready solutions.

Work You Will Do:

  1. Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions

  2. Lead internal software, data, and AI development initiatives

  3. Ability to translate complex business problems into practical technical solutions


Job Requirements:

This role would be ideal for an experienced consultant or technical solutions professional who has worked extensively with third-party external teams.

  1. Experience leading software development teams or initiatives

  2. AWS experience or cloud based development.

  3. Experience building or supporting internal or enterprise tooling

  4. Experience working closely with non technical business teams

  5. Strong organizational and Python development experience.
