Job Description:

The Senior Technology Consultant serves as a Leader to deliver exceptional frontline experiences, build high-performing teams, and design products people love.

We are looking for a technology consultant to help us bring these solutions to market for some of today’s most exciting customers.

Work You Will Do:


  1. Lead projects through implementation, including management of client relationships, schedule, risks, issues, and resources.

  2. Partner on high-impact internal initiatives to drive the technical implementation strategy for future research services offerings

  3. Serve as an internal leader on that helps build the benchmark for how we deliver, how we train, and how we upskill our teams

  4. Be an expert on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related Edge solutions

  5. Hands-on experience with emerging technologies and products and exposure to the latest thought leadership in the XM industry

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or greater

  2. 2-4 years of experience at a SaaS/Technology/Consulting Company

  3. Excellence in written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and working in a rapidly changing environment

  4. Experience leading team members and/or initiatives while managing competing responsibilities and priorities
  5. Client-facing experience in a technical or project management role

  6. Basic skills in the language of technology, through coding and engineering, e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript (beneficial but not required)
