Job Description:

You'll actively collaborate with content creators and brand partners, executing strategies that expand our reach and amplify our presence. You'll blend creativity with strategy to build partnerships that captivate and inspire, taking our brand to new heights.
Partnering with internal teams across Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, and Business Analytics, you'll be crucial in bringing all our initiatives together. You bring deep technology and business expertise in the cloud applications space and have led multiple technology projects including large-scale ERP or HRIS (Workday) projects, systems integrations, or infrastructure implementations.

Work You Will Do:


As a Associate, Partnerships and Community, your primary responsibilities are:

  1. Adapt to evolving priorities by taking on new responsibilities with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset to ensure the success of initiatives.

  2. Support the overall brand marketing strategy, including partnerships, social media initiatives, and community engagement, collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, Business Analytics, and Creative).

  3. Develop and execute brand partnerships by cultivating new relationships with like-minded brands and managing existing partnerships to drive growth, engagement, and alignment with business goals

  4. Manage, and update the Social Media Playbook, establishing best practices and innovation across platforms.

  5. Research, identify, and publish dynamic, interactive content to engage our audience, fostering a highly active and loyal brand following.

  6. Track and report on measurable metrics related to overall brand health, community engagement, and partnership scorecard success.

  7. Oversee the day-to-day execution of brand partnerships deliverables and communications, ensuring seamless collaboration and impact.

Job Requirements:

This role would be ideal for an experienced consultant or technical solutions professional who has worked extensively with customers.

  1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

  2. Experience collaborating cross functionally

  3. 4+ years of experience in Brand Marketing or related field, preferably in CPG industry.
