The Transportation Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering key Transportation AOP projects. The role is responsible for project planning and project management and is responsible to oversee that project updates and deliverables from cross functional teams and third party vendors are completed on time in order to meet project timelines. The projects are national projects led at the headquarters level.

Work You Will Do:


As an Associate Project Manager, your primary responsibilities may include:

  1. Work collaboratively within the transportation function as well as cross functional partners in IT, Fleet, Safety, Warehouse, IMO, S&D performance, and third party vendors

  2. Develop critical paths for deployments and oversee critical path completion

  3. Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements

  4. Experience leading indirect teams that focus on driving for results and delivering quality projects

Job Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of leading projects and project management experience

  2. A team player and strong relationship builder

  3. Project management certification a plus, lean six sigma certification a plus

Compensation

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At SVG Solutions, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
