Job Description:

You will be responsible for assisting the Senior Vice President of Network Sales and Account Executives in creating, booking, scheduling, and maintenance of sales activities.

Processing sales orders in a timely manner for Wired National and Unwired Networks ans also assisting in the flow of information to clients.

Work You Will Do:


  1. Effectively manage event production budgets to ensure fiscally responsible crewing decisions are made, including but not limited to travel costs and management of rate plans.

  2. Understand and leverage producer/director reports for all crew complements in each market to determine staffing needs.

  3. Communicate crewing information for all events, including but not limited to sign-in sheets and alerts.

  4. Back up other sales assistants, when necessary, customer and project team.

  5. Determine required resources for the project

Job Requirements:

  1. Wide Orbit Network or Traffic experience required

  2. Must be able to manage deadlines with urgency and accuracy.

  3. At least 3 years of network television experience.
