This individual will assist with all aspects of the partner hiring process, ensuring efficiency and positive experience for candidates and stakeholders. The Partner Hiring Assistant collaborates with teams such as Conflicts, Accounting, Talent, and Business Development to provide administrative and operational support for all lateral partner hiring and onboarding activities. This role is remote with in-office attendance required for specific projects.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
