Job Description:

This individual will assist with all aspects of the partner hiring process, ensuring efficiency and positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.

The Partner Hiring Assistant collaborates with teams such as Conflicts, Accounting, Talent, and Business Development to provide administrative and operational support for all lateral partner hiring and onboarding activities. This role is remote with in-office attendance required for specific projects.

Work You Will Do:


As a Partner Hiring Assistant, your primary responsibilities may include:

  1. Help facilitate onboarding processes with the Lateral Partner Integration Administrative Team (LPAT).

  2. Act as another point of contact for search firms and maintain records of preferred search firms and agreements in place.

  3. Contribute to special projects and initiatives to enhance recruitment strategies and operational efficiency.s

  4. Process invoices related to placements and background checks in collaboration with accounting.

  5. Draft professional correspondence, including interview requests, candidate evaluations, relevant documents, and communications with search firms.

Job Requirements:

  1. 2 + years of administrative support experience required, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.

  2. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  3. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

  4. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  5. Adapt to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
