Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Scrum Managers with Agile facilitation, JIRA administration, and high-profile project management to drive innovation and project success.

Work You Will Do:


As a Scrum Manager, your primary responsibilities are:

  1. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and external partners.

  2. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

  3. Develop and execute detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk strategies.

  4. Lead RFP processes: draft requirements, evaluate vendors, and manage selection and negotiation.

Job Requirements:

This role would be ideal for an experienced consultant or technical solutions professional who has worked extensively with customers.

  1. At least 10 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Scrum Manager position

  2. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.

  3. Experience with project management software
