Work You Will Do:


  1. Manage and communicate clear vision of the project’s objectives and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members.

  2. Ensure that the delivery model proposed by the solutioning center will correctly support the defined project objectives and requirements.

  3. Builds client relationships with the clear expectation to deliver follow-on business or identify opportunities within an account. Deals with difficult issues at the customer and finds win-win solutions for both Customer and SAP.

  4. Determine required resources for the project

Job Requirements:

  1. Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of financial experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers and team members

  2. Ability to train and mentor project managers or teams in project management methodologies.

    3. Excellent understanding of innovation solutions and of the consulting business processes and functions.
  3. 3 – 5 years of experience in team building environments
